Customertimes is launching the Salesforce Business Analyst Trainee Program — a free structured traineeship that combines professional training, hands-on practice, and real-world scenario experience. The program is designed to help motivated early‑career specialists build the skills needed to start a career in Salesforce consulting. Who We Are Looking For

The program is tailored for recent university graduates or final-year students with a background in business, economics, or related fields, who are interested in CRM technologies, consulting, and AI.
No prior Salesforce or technical experience is required. The program is business-oriented and focuses on understanding CRM concepts and the Salesforce ecosystem rather than deep technical configuration.

Program Overview


The Salesforce Business Analyst Trainee Program includes 7 weeks of instructor-led training sessions combined with practical assignments, followed by a 2-week final project where participants apply their knowledge to a real-world scenario.

You will develop core skills in business analysis, Salesforce fundamentals, and client communication. At the end of the program, you will present your final project during a live demo and evaluation.

The training is fully sponsored. Top-performing participants will have the opportunity to join the company as Salesforce Business Analyst after successfully completing the program.

If you are accepted into the program, these will be your day-to-day responsibilities:

  • Gather, analyze, and document business requirements from clients and end users;
  • Assist in creating user stories, business requirements, and process documentation;
  • Support the design and implementation of Salesforce solutions;
  • Collaborate with consultants, developers, and cross-functional teams;
  • Assist in preparing functional documentation and use cases;
  • Participate in testing and validation of implemented solutions;
  • Join client discovery sessions, workshops, and solution demonstrations;
  • Support backlog refinement and requirements management.
