About this job:
We are looking for an experienced Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central Supply Chain Consultant to support implementation and optimization of supply chain, purchasing, inventory, warehouse, sales, and logistics processes within Business Central.

The consultant will work closely with customers to understand business processes, design solutions using standard Business Central functionality, configure the system, and support the complete implementation lifecycle.

Location: Ukraine.

How you'll make an impact:

• Analyze customer supply chain and operational processes and translate them into Business Central requirements and solution designs;
• Lead or participate in discovery sessions and process workshops with business stakeholders;
• Configure and implement Business Central functionality across the following areas — the more areas covered, the better:
  • Purchasing and procurement;
  • Sales and order management;
  • Inventory management;
  • Warehouse management;
  • Item and product master data;
  • Planning and replenishment;
  • Logistics and fulfillment;
  • Transfers and locations;
  • Reservations, availability, and order promising;
• Identify opportunities to use standard Business Central functionality and minimize unnecessary customization;
• Prepare functional designs and requirements for extensions where standard functionality does not fully meet the business need;
• Work closely with architects and developers on solution implementation;
• Configure Business Central and support system testing, integration testing, UAT, and defect resolution;
• Prepare process documentation, functional specifications, test scenarios, and user documentation;
• Support data migration and validation of supply-chain-related master and transactional data;
• Conduct end-user and key-user training;
• Support go-live preparation, cutover, hypercare, and post-go-live stabilization;
• Provide functional support and root-cause analysis for Business Central supply chain issues.

What makes you a great fit:

• Strong functional experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central and/or Microsoft Dynamics NAV;
• Proven experience implementing Business Central supply chain functionality in customer projects;
• Strong knowledge of procurement, sales, inventory, warehouse, and logistics processes;
• Understanding of item costing, availability, reservations, planning, replenishment, and inventory movements;
• Experience conducting customer workshops and gathering business requirements;
• Ability to map business processes to standard Business Central functionality;
• Experience preparing functional specifications and working with technical development teams;
• Good understanding of integrations between Business Central and external systems;
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills;
• Good communication and stakeholder-management capabilities;
• English proficiency sufficient for direct customer interaction and project delivery.

You are a star if you have:

• Experience with manufacturing, assembly, advanced warehousing, or distribution processes;
• Knowledge of Business Central Finance and how supply chain transactions affect financial postings;
• Experience with NAV-to-Business Central migration projects;
• Experience with Power BI, Power Platform, EDI, e-commerce, or logistics integrations;
• Relevant Microsoft certifications.
