Job Description:

Mission

As a Sales Development Representative (SDR), you will play a key role in driving pipeline growth across multiple European markets. You will manage both inbound and outbound prospecting activities, engage with prospects in French and English, qualify opportunities, and support the sales cycle while collaborating closely with internal teams. You will also handle Salesforce administrative tasks and contribute to internal and external project coordination (campaigns, events, partnerships, client-related initiatives).

Key Responsibilities:

Prospecting & Research

  • Build ICP-aligned prospect lists across European markets.

  • Conduct company, industry, and competitor research.

  • Prepare short industry briefs for Account Executives.

Outbound & Inbound Execution

  • Run multichannel outbound sequences (email, phone, LinkedIn).

  • Qualify inbound leads and convert MQLs into SQLs.

  • Conduct initial qualification calls and book discovery meetings.

  • Test and optimise messaging based on performance.

Sales Process Support

  • Prepare discovery call briefs and meeting insights for AEs.

  • Support follow-ups, notes, documentation, proposals, and RFP sections.

  • Coordinate alignment between AE, Delivery, and Marketing.

  • Prepare and customise presentation decks using market insights, case studies, and Salesforce data.

  • Manage contract renewals, extensions, and documentation.

Salesforce Administration & Data Quality

  • Maintain accurate records across accounts, contacts, opportunities, and activities.

  • Update opportunity stages, notes, tasks, and key data fields.

  • Manage contract requests and ensure process compliance.

  • Optimise workflows, automations, and CRM processes.

  • Build and maintain sales activity and pipeline dashboards.

Cross-Functional Project Coordination

  • Coordinate initiatives with Marketing, Communications, HR, Delivery, and Sales.

  • Support campaigns, events, outreach, and partnership initiatives.

  • Track project milestones, deliverables, and internal visibility.

  • Identify workflow improvements across teams.

Account Operations & Admin

  • Support QBR preparation and reporting.

  • Schedule meetings, prepare agendas, and manage follow-ups.

  • Maintain pipeline and activity reports.

  • Ensure timely completion of administrative tasks and SLA compliance.

Event, Webinar & Campaign Support

  • Execute post-event follow-up sequences to generate SQLs.

  • Provide campaign performance insights and improvement recommendations.


Requirements:

  • Experience working with Salesforce CRM.

  • Familiarity with SalesLoft, Outreach, or similar sales engagement tools.

  • Proficiency in LinkedIn Sales Navigator.

  • Solid Microsoft Excel skills.

  • Strong PowerPoint skills, including deck creation, slide structuring, and formatting.

  • Experience with marketing automation tools is a plus.
