We are seeking an experienced Business Analyst based in the IST time zone to support Argus Safety–related initiatives. The ideal candidate will have strong domain expertise in pharmacovigilance, hands-on Argus Safety knowledge, and the ability to work closely with business users and technical teams.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Lead requirements gathering sessions with business stakeholders and end users
  • Act as a liaison between business users and development teams
  • Collaborate closely with developers to ensure accurate implementation of requirements
  • Support testing activities and user acceptance testing (UAT)
  • Prepare and maintain comprehensive documentation, including requirements, reports, testing, and change documents
  • Ensure solutions align with regulatory and pharmacovigilance standards

Requirements:

  • 10+ years of experience as a Business Analyst
  • Strong Argus Safety knowledge
  • Solid understanding of pharmacovigilance processes
  • Experience with requirements gathering and analysis
  • Working knowledge of JIRA or equivalent tools
  • Hands-on experience in testing and validation
  • Strong documentation skills, including:
    • Business and functional requirements
    • Report specifications
    • User guides
    • Test scripts
    • Change summaries
    • Availability to work in the IST time zone
    • Strong communication and collaboration skills
    • Ability to work in a fast-paced, regulated environment
