We are looking for a Salesforce Consultant to work directly with stakeholders and business users, shaping and enhancing Salesforce OCE / Life Sciences Cloud solutions within a Life Sciences environment. The role focuses on solution configuration, workflow optimization, integrations, and hands-on development to support field, sales, and medical processes.

Location preference: Europe (or similar time zone)

Job Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with clients to understand their business objectives and requirements; 
• Build or adjust integrations and automations using Apex, Lightning Web Components, and Flows;
• Identify and resolve system issues, ensuring high data quality, security compliance, and optimal performance;
• Perform root cause analysis and implement sustainable technical solutions;
• Collaborate with stakeholders to clarify requirements and translate them into scalable solutions;
• Prepare concise technical documentation.

Requirements:

• 5+ years of hands-on Salesforce development and configuration experience;
• Practical experience with OCE or Life Sciences Cloud implementations;
• Strong expertise in Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), and Salesforce Flows;
• Solid experience designing and supporting integrations (REST/SOAP APIs, data synchronization);
• Good understanding of Salesforce data model, sharing & security architecture;
• Experience troubleshooting performance issues and optimizing complex automations;
• Ability to work independently in a dynamic environment with minimal supervision;
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills;
• Upper-Intermediate English level or higher.
