About this job:
We are seeking a skilled Senior Veeva CRM Developer to design, configure, and maintain Veeva CRM solutions for our Life Sciences business. This role involves working closely with commercial teams, IT, and stakeholders to deliver high-quality CRM implementations and integrations.

Location: LATAM.

How you'll make an impact:

  • Configure and customize Veeva CRM applications, including dashboards, workflows, and user profiles;
  • Develop and maintain integrations between Veeva CRM, Vault, Salesforce, ERP systems, and other platforms using SOAP/REST APIs;
  • Perform unit testing, debugging, deployment, and code reviews;
  • Provide post-go-live support and implement system enhancements;
  • Document technical and functional requirements and estimate timelines;
  • Ensure compliance with industry standards and best practices.

What makes you a great fit:

  • 6+ years of hands-on experience in Veeva CRM and/or Vault development;
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field;
  • Strong Salesforce platform expertise (Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Components, SOQL);
  • Experience with integrations using SOAP/REST APIs and tools like MuleSoft or Data Loader;
  • Proficient in CI/CD tools (Git, Copado, Azure DevOps, Jenkins);
  • Familiarity with web technologies: HTML5, JavaScript, SQL;
  • Strong hands-on expertise in Veeva CRM, specifically iRep (iPad application), with the ability to troubleshoot and resolve issues independently;
  • Strong communication skills, with the ability to communicate directly and independently with Sales Representatives to troubleshoot and resolve issues related to Veeva CRM and other tools used in their day-to-day activities;
  • Veeva CRM/Vault certifications and/or Salesforce Developer certifications preferred;
  • Experience in pharmaceutical, biotech, or medical device industries highly desirable.

  • Experience with Veeva modules like PromoMats, MyInsights, Align;
  • Knowledge of Salesforce Service Cloud and territory management;
  • Exposure to Agile methodologies.
