Job Description:

Hello, our name is Customertimes, but you can call us CT. We are a global digital engineering, product development, and technology consulting company. Headquartered in New York, we have a team of 1000+ experts working across 65+ countries.

Location: REMOTE

How you'll make an impact:

  • Analyze, modify, and troubleshoot SAP Business Workflows supporting ESS/MSS processes — add or remove steps, change approval routes and agent determination, adjust step start/end conditions, bindings, and deadline monitoring;
  • Configure and support the full classic ESS/MSS scope: leave/absence requests, working time and time sheet (CATS), personal data, addresses, bank details, family/dependents, Team Calendar, Manager's Desktop / MSS reporting, and organizational views;
  • Support HCM Processes & Forms (HRASR00, FPM, Adobe Interactive Forms) where used for self-service processes;
  • Handle incidents, service requests, and small changes end to end: root-cause analysis, configuration or workflow change, unit and regression testing, transport through the landscape, documentation and user communication, within agreed SLAs;
  • Maintain PA/OM/PT master data configuration relevant to self-service (infotypes, features, dynamic actions, absence quotas) and structural/general HR authorizations;
  • Work with ABAP and Portal/Basis colleagues where changes require development or platform work; write functional specifications and test scripts;
  • Support workflow monitoring and housekeeping (stuck work items, event linkage, error queues) and propose preventive improvements;
  • Keep support documentation, workflow diagrams, and knowledge-base articles current.

What makes you a great fit:

  • 4+ years of hands-on SAP HCM consulting or support on SAP ECC (not exclusively SuccessFactors or S/4HANA);
  • Demonstrable SAP Business Workflow skills: Workflow Builder (SWDD), tasks and steps, containers and bindings, agent determination and rules (PFAC), start conditions, event linkage (SWETYPV, SWEL), and workflow monitoring and error analysis (SWI1, SWIA, SWI2_FREQ, SWU3);
  • Strong practical knowledge of ESS/MSS on ECC, including the underlying leave-request framework (PTARQ/PTREQ, posting programs) and time management integration;
  • Working knowledge of PA, OM, and Time Management configuration; ability to read ABAP and debug to isolate root causes;
  • Experience with Web Dynpro-based / SAP NetWeaver Portal or NWBC self-service delivery;
  • Experience in a ticket-based support environment (SLAs, priorities, change and transport management);
  • Fluent English, strong written communication, and a genuine service orientation when dealing with HR and line-manager end users.

If you're looking to contribute to global projects, grow your skills, shape the way you work, and be part of a connected international community — Customertimes is the place to build your next career chapter. Are you ready to spark the tech with us?
