Job (Project) Description:

We are looking for an experienced SAP Project Manager with hands-on experience in SAP S/4HANA implementations to lead and deliver SAP projects end-to-end. The ideal candidate will manage scope, timeline, budget, and stakeholders while ensuring successful SAP S/4HANA deployment and adoption.

Requirements:

• Hands-on experience with SAP S/4HANA implementation projects (mandatory);
• 5+ years of experience as an SAP Project Manager or SAP Program Manager;
• Strong understanding of SAP S/4HANA architecture, modules, and implementation methodologies;
• Proven experience managing complex, large-scale SAP projects;
• Strong knowledge of SAP Activate or similar project methodologies;
• Experience working with system integrators and external vendors;
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills;
• Ability to manage multiple workstreams and priorities simultaneously;
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills;
• Upper-Intermediate or higher English level;

Nice to Have

• SAP certifications (SAP Activate, PMP, PRINCE2, Agile);
• Experience with SAP ECC to S/4HANA migrations;
• Background in ERP transformation or digital transformation projects;
• Experience working in international or distributed teams;

Job Responsibilities:

• Lead end-to-end SAP S/4HANA implementation projects (greenfield, brownfield, or migration);
• Act as the overall project owner, managing scope, timeline, budget, risks, and dependencies;
• Coordinate cross-functional teams including SAP functional consultants, technical teams, vendors, and business stakeholders;
• Drive project planning, execution, monitoring, and reporting;
• Ensure alignment between business requirements and SAP S/4HANA solutions;
• Manage stakeholder communication, including steering committees and senior management;
• Identify and mitigate project risks and issues proactively;
• Ensure compliance with project governance, quality standards, and best practices;
• Support change management, user adoption, and go-live activities;
• Oversee post-go-live support and stabilization phases.
