We are seeking a skilled Salesforce Consultant to join our team and support the design, delivery, and optimization of Salesforce solutions for our global clients. In this role, you will collaborate closely with Product Owners, business stakeholders, and end users to understand requirements, translate them into scalable system designs, and ensure successful implementation across Sales Cloud and Experience Cloud.

The ideal candidate has strong hands‑on Salesforce expertise, excellent analytical skills, and the ability to operate independently in a fast‑paced consulting environment. You will play a key role in shaping end‑to‑end processes, leading workshops, and ensuring that delivered solutions align with business goals and Salesforce best practices.

Job Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Salesforce Consultant or Business Analyst on Salesforce projects;
• Strong hands-on experience with Sales Cloud (mandatory);
• Experience with Experience Cloud projects;
• Strong skills in requirements gathering, user story creation, and process modeling;
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision from a Product Owner;
• Experience working with manufacturing or complex B2B clients is a strong advantage;
• Excellent communication and stakeholder-management skills;
• Ability to balance multiple priorities in a fast-paced project environment;
• English at Upper-Intermediate level or higher;
• German - big plus.

Job Responsibilities:

• Work with Product Owner, clients, and end users to gather, analyze, and refine business requirements;
• Translate business needs into user stories, functional specifications, and process flows;
• Design end-to-end Salesforce solutions aligned with best practices and client objectives;
• Configure Salesforce Sales Cloud and Experience Cloud features according to requirements;
• Collaborate with Developers to ensure solutions are correctly implemented and meet business expectations;
• Support testing activities including system testing and UAT;
• Lead or participate in client workshops, demos, and solution walkthroughs;
• Maintain project documentation and ensure alignment between business and technical teams;
• Identify additional improvement opportunities and evolving business needs.
